Diaper Free, Baby!
Today we went to a Starting with your Newborn meeting with the Diaper Free Baby group. It was really great to meet a couple parents that had just started and to get some tips. I tried it tonight with Simon and I caught two pees!! Yeah!!

you rock! i totally want you to become an expert and teach me everything i need to know by the time i have another baby.

do you have one of those cute little infant potties? or are you using your kitchen sink? :-)

LOL! Ok - I'm working on becoming an expert. I do have a cute 'lil green potty, but the sink works too. I've only tried with the potty though :)

It is so cool! I read Diaper Free by Ingrid Bauer and I'm in the middle of Diaper Free Baby by Christine Gross-Loh, I went to a class about it too, but I didn't have the courage to actually try until after we met some people from the yahoo group. Oh yeah, you should check out this for more info and to find a local group: http://diaperfreebaby.org/

Let me know if you have questions. I just started out, but frankly, it's been a lot easier than I thought it would be. I think the key is to just relax, offer the baby a chance to go, and if s/he goes, great, if not, whatever, try again another time.
